*Because of the high quality of ingredients that we are known for using, and the cost difference when not being able to buy in large quantities/bulk, we kindly ask that you add on the following charges to smaller sized parties:
~ Parties with 25-50 guests, please add an extra $3.00 per person to all listed prices; Less than 25 guests, please
add an additional $5.00 per person to all listed prices - Thank you for your understanding.
*The prices we have listed are for “drop-off” catered events, or “self-serve” buffets (no staff members). For plated
meals or special buffet service, please add an additional charge of $5.00 per person. There is a minimum server
fee for On-Site & Off-Site events that are considered non “drop-off” events: $75.00 per CK staff member; 3 staff
members minimum on all events. NOTE: The above-mentioned catering prices/fees do not reflect drink costs, sales
tax, or gratuity. We kindly ask that you add the standard 18-20% gratuity on all staffed parties. Of course, if you
are over-the-moon with our service, we graciously accept any offering you feel is fitting. Thank you in advance!
*In order to reserve your date in our calendar, 50% of your total cost is asked for at the signing of your contract.
Your final payment is due on the day of your event, before service. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or
check... No credit cards, please. If paying by check, please make your check(s) payable to: “Cotta’s Kitchen.”
*Cotta’s Kitchen is happy to provide all of your food needs, including appetizers, main courses, & desserts! However, all rentals for Off-Site events (including china, flatware, glassware, linens, etc.), as well as beverage service and additional décor set-up and take-down, is the responsibility of the Client to provide. If hosting your event On-Site at Cotta’s Kitchen, we have a lovely variety of beverages to choose from, including beer, wine, flavored coffees (both hot & iced!), sodas, and fresh brewed iced tea. If you’d like to bring in your own wine, our corkage fee is $10.00/bottle. Décor for On-Site events must be approved prior to the event date.
*Cotta’s Kitchen is open to the public for lunch and take-out, Tuesday-Friday from 11:30 AM till 6:00 PM. If you’d like to book a private party outside of our normal business hours, our Facility is available at the following cost: $100 per hour. If booking a catered event at The Kitchen, basic rental fees (for up to 3-hours) will be waived once a minimum amount has been met in food & beverage costs. If you’d like to book additional time for your gathering (more than the 3-hour allotted time, per event), you may opt to do so at the basic cost of $100 per hour.
